Day by Day account of Fifth Glosters action with the British Expeditionary Force. Accounts include their hard-fought and progressive withdrawal to Dunkirk. While there is no account of their experience on the beaches, the remains of Fifth Glosters succeeded in being evacuated to England under Operation Dynamo.
